BELOW IS A LIST OF THE RULES OF THE RIDE.  PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AND SIGN.

 1.  AN ARMBAND IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE AN IS TO BE WORN IN PLAIN VIEW AT ALL TIMES DURING THE RIDE.
 2.  "PLEASE" DO NOT LITTER IN CAMP, TOWNS OR COUNTRY ROADS.
 3.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WHILE THE WAGON TRAIN IS TRAVELING.
 4.  NO RIDING OR DRIVING OF WAGONS AFTER DARK.
 5.  CAMPFIRES ARE T BE EXTINGUISHED AND ALL DEBRIS REMOVED BEFORE LEAVING CAMP EACH DAY.
 6.  NO ONE MAY RIDE TO THE LEFT OF THE WAGONS OR PASS LEAD WAGON.
 7.  NO HORSE CAN BE TIED TO WAGON IF TRAIN IS MOVING.
 8.  ALL KICKING HORSES MUST WEAR RED TAIL RIBBON. (ASK OFFICIALS OR REGISTRARS).
 9.  EVERYONE MUST KEEP UP WITH THE MAIN BODY OF THE TRAIN.  IF YOU FALL BEHIND, YOU RIDE AT
        YOUR OWN RISK.
10.  OFFICIALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON OR HORSE THAT IS DISABLED AND UNABLE TO CONTINUE.
11.  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED BEHIND THE REAR SCOUT.
12.  RIDE OFFICIALS WILL HAVE THE LAST WORD ON PROBLEMS.

DISCLAIMER

I, the applicant, for myself and my child (if applicable), hereby understand and appreciate the possible dangers involved in a wagon train ride, and with that knowledge hereby assume all risks and release the ALABAMA WAGON TRAIN, INC., it's officers, members, workers, and landowners from all liability related to events that might occur during, before, and after the ride.

Cost $90 per person, $50 for weekend (3 days.), $35 for 2 days, or $20 for 1 day.
Family members 12 and younger FREE.
$10 discount on full ride or $5 discount on any except full ride
if paid before February 1st.
